Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be sent out with 48 hours of Purchase. Delivery Time Depends on your location which can be estimated to be within 5 to 7 days . At this time we are only fulfilling orders in the US. Feel free to check as international orders will be accommodated in the upcoming months. 

Please be sure to order any customized orders at least 2 weeks prior to the date expected. Customized orders ship with 72 to 96 hours ( 3 to 4 calendar days). 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer Refunds or Exchanges.  All of our products are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipment for safety, quality and integrity to assure that you are getting a sound product with each order.

In the event that your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. You may send an email us at management@alloccasions.shop. Please send pictures of the damage and we will address a solution at that time. Please be aware that we are unable to review your request after 72 hours have passed upon delivery.  Thank you for understanding our policy and we look forward to being your one stop shop for selfcare and customized gifts.
